**Your buy-in is your bankroll for the tournament, but you don’t have to bet it all. You can cash out anytime, but re-entry isn’t allowed after voluntary exit.

**Buy-in and registration fees will be collected once the venue and dates are confirmed. No transactions will occur until event details are finalized.

Tournament Cancellation Policy

Players may cancel their tournament entry up to one month before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within one month of the tournament will result in a forfeiture of 25% of the buy-in, along with the registration fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your participation.
